First role with Regus - Sales Assistant

Philippe joined Regus Brussels as a Sales Assistant straight after his education finished in June 1994. Philippe was soon promoted to a field sales executive based in France where his sales success gave him the opportunity to become a Field Sales Coach.

Travelling throughout Europe and Latin America, Philippe was responsible for the successful opening of new Regus centres from hiring and training the new sales people locally to filling the centres with new Regus customers. Philippe now lives in Spain as the Country Manager for Iberia, after working for five years in that capacity for the Mediterranean and the Middle East.

Philippe said, "I started with Regus when it was a family company and therefore I feel part of the whole Regus story. If you have talent and are flexible, you can get as much responsibility as you can handle and it feels like owning your own company. The landscape is always changing and if you like that sort of environment, you can achieve anything. My goal when I left education was to be a international sales director - I have achieved that now and am looking forward to taking on more countries as the next step in my career."
