The Balard Business centre is a dynamic place to do business in. It is convenently located in the 15th district in immediate proximity to the Balard metro station and the T2 tramway. The boulevard periphérique, the Paris Ring, has an immediate exit nearby. The area has been recently developped around the Hexagone, the new headquarters of the French army. The biggest exhibition halls of France, at la Porte de Versailles are at walking distance from the centre. Many restaurants, shops, hotels and the Paris Aquaboulevard are nearby. The area attracts a lot of visitors to the Exhibition fairs but it is also a more permanent home to companies from news, media, and aerospace.
